For speakers 

You can use desktop computer (Windows 7), microphone (fix or handheld), video projector (VGA connector), power amplifier with speakers (3.5 mm (1/8") connector), Wi-Fi (public without password and also eduroam), cable internet access, document camera (see images below). Here are a few things you need to take into account before your theme session:

• We strongly recommend to use USB stick for your presentation, copy all files before your theme session to the desktop computer and test all materials.
• If you prefer to use your own laptop, test it with meeting room projector before your theme session.
